About Expedite Action

We Believe Great Work Deserves to Be Seen

Expedite Action exists because the best patio, deck, and landscaping builders in America are too often overlooked online — not for lack of skill, but for lack of visibility.

The name is the operating philosophy

Expedite. Action. Great craftsmanship shouldn't sit waiting to be discovered — it should be put in front of the homeowners who are actively looking for it, right now. Everything we build is designed around that: modern websites that reflect real quality, ads that reach people who are actually in-market, and follow-up systems fast enough that no inquiry goes cold.

Led by Thuy Senser

Founder and CEO Thuy Senser built Expedite Action on a simple observation: outdoor living contractors are some of the best builders in home services — and some of the most underserved by marketing. Generic agencies and template websites don't capture the level of craftsmanship that goes into a real patio, deck, or landscape build. Thuy built the alternative: one agency, three trades, deep specialization, and a focus on making your online presence match the quality of your work.

What we believe

  • Craftsmanship deserves visibility. Great work that no one finds online might as well not exist to a homeowner researching their options.
  • Targeting beats volume. Reaching the right homeowner — actively searching, actively planning — beats reaching everyone.
  • Follow-up is where deals are won or lost. A great ad means nothing if the inquiry goes cold. We build clean systems so it never does.
  • Honesty scales. If your market or your current setup can't support real growth, we say so in the first call. We'd rather lose a deal than a reputation.

Three trades. Deep, not wide.

We deliberately serve only patio builders, deck builders, and landscaping contractors. Specialization is why our campaigns work: we know what a homeowner planning an outdoor kitchen searches for, what a composite-deck buyer wants to see, and how to tell a real landscaping project from a mow-and-blow inquiry. That knowledge compounds with every market we work in.
